CAYUGA, Ind. — Bridgestone Bandag L.L.C.’s Speedco Inc. subsidiary has partnered with Cummins Filtration Inc. to provide Fleetguard Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) to each of the 52 Speedco locations.
CAYUGA, Ind. — Bridgestone Bandag L.L.C.’s Speedco Inc. subsidiary has partnered with Cummins Filtration Inc. to provide Fleetguard Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) to each of the 52 Speedco locations.
Speedco said 1 gallon containers of DEF will be available through its stores to service 2010 vehicle engines equipped with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) technology, which is designed to comply with Environmental Protective Agency (EPA) 2010 diesel emissions standards for maximum nitric oxide reduction.
Cummins Filtration’s Fleetguard DEF is API certified and meets ISO 22241 and AUS 32 specifications.
“With our partnership with Cummins Filtration, we mutually support EPA’s mandate for DEF availability throughout our nation’s highways,” said Mark Clark, president and CEO of Speedco.
